Public sector – end-to-end procurement support
We provide end-to-end procurement support starting at the very outset pre-bid (when key decisions are being taken on the contract structure and principles) and continuing throughout the lifetime of the agreement, through change and restructuring to termination or retendering. We:
- help formulate PQQs, ITTs, requirement specifications, RFP and BAFO documents
- assist with entire contracts or simply on specific key issues as required, taking full account of the public sector specific context and the legislative framework within which public bodies have to act
- prepare and review commercial schedules and assist with the creation and finalisation of such schedules (including pricing, KPI and service level schedules)
