- Individual service – you will receive individual partner level expertise at non-City rates. All TRG partners have considerable experience working in the commercial practices of City law firms. If a particular matter requires more resource or a tight deadline needs to be met, we work together seamlessly to meet those demands.
- Costs – we take advantage of modern technology to operate efficiently from home offices. Hence our overheads are kept to a minimum and we can pass this benefit on to you by keeping our charges low without compromising on quality. We can provide flexible fee arrangements, operating on hourly rates, fixed fees and other ‘alternative’ payment arrangements. See our fees for further details.
- Commercial solutions – although we are lawyers, rather than simply identifying legal problems, we provide commercially orientated solutions and constructive suggestions based on an in-depth understanding of your business and management of risks. We provide one-off pieces of advice as required through to end-to-end deal or procurement support.
- Co-operation – for work which falls wholly or partly outside our areas of expertise, we are happy to make suitable recommendations of other lawyers/firms. We are also happy to work and interface with your own experts as required.

- History – TRG law was launched by Paul Golding in 2004 and has since grown with the additions of Tracey Tarrant in 2008 and Angela Cornelius in 2009.
