Specialising in technology, outsourcing and other types of commercial contracts, Angela’s experience encompasses IT projects, outsourcing and systems integration contracts in the public and private sectors as well as other commercial arrangements ranging from distribution and agreements to software development, licence and maintenance agreements and IP licensing.
career history
Angela read law at the University of Leicester. She trained at Turner Kenneth Brown and qualified there as a solicitor in 1995. Having worked in the Technology Media and Telecommunications Group at what is now Nabarro (which merged with TKB) until 2003, she moved to work in-house at BT. There she had several legal/commercial roles, including Deputy Director of Contracts, advising primarily on large scale IT projects in the healthcare sector. Angela joined TRG law in April 2009.
Angela also gained a post-graduate diploma in UK & European Law of Copyright and Related Rights, from Kings’ College, London in 1996. She is a Committee Member of the Thames Valley Group of the Society for Computers and Law.

Married with three children, Angela’s principal interests apart from her family include netball and being involved with her local church.
